How do I find the call handling page?

Everyone calling gets transferred to voice mail and I am never notified . It doesn't even ring before transfer to where it is never known. Doctors, the VA, emergency, relatives, all no ring, and go to voice mail I can not even know about, let alone retrieve. It is like an out only phone! It used to work fine. How do I adjust the settings? Ring 60 seconds and nifify my email of voice messages and how to retrieve them.

Here's some general information on Voice.

Basically, head to 

Username = Voice phone number or Service agreement number (400#).
Password = Initially set as the first 4 letters capitalized of their first name and first 4 letters lowercase of their last name. (eg. JOHNdean).

Or you can dial *36 from your home phone, the default pin is 1234.

If you're still having problems with the voicemail, email us at with your account information, and we can change the settings for you.
