You always have a "contract" as long as you remain a subscriber - the customer agreement remains in force as long as you are subscribed to the service. You may cancel the agreement at any time; however, you will incur cancellation fees if doing so prior to the two year commitment; after two years the agreement continues on a month by month basis and you may cancel without penalty. Some equipment must be returned on cancellaction to avoid a fee for failure to return it.

Call customer care at 855-463-9333 and they can tell you the exact date when your two year commitment expires or expired  (but roughly two years from the date you signed if you recall that).

Hi Antoinette

All Viasat installs will require a 24 month agreement. We are a paperless company so this would have been electronically signed AND legally disclosed at the point of sale. If you have questions or concerns please email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com
