How do I determine which devices are using data on my account?

I have several household members with various devices and am attempting to determine who uses the most data.

Of course, we can only see what devices are connected ,we can't see which ones are using the most

Your going to need to download a tracking monitering software or use your routers internal firmware to find oit whats gojng on. Exede will not give you a break down...and is a major bone of contention with its subsctibers. Every one shoukd easily and clearly have a way to moniter and track data usage on the device level.

when i talked to them 2 years ago,they told me to contact the company my router was with,i told them i thought an outside person was on my net and using my data,they should help some cases,idk why my whole service has went down as soon as my contract was up,looking to switch.

We had a 15g limit for years and stayed in it 9 out of 10 cycles, and now we just raised our data limit to 25 and are struggling not to exceed it. Same devices, only husband and wife. Not understanding what's using the data once we increased our data limit. Exede should be able to see the IP addresses connected to the gateway, may grant customers access to see it.
