How do I contact a supervisor that will get things done?

I received one response to my message below asking for my account #. I responded 3 times over several days. STILL NOTHING. Do you even want customers?

We have been getting the run around
for two months. Trying to get an installation. Have taken off work then told
they need a part it would be 4-6 weeks. Its been 5. Call to follow up 3 times
told something different every time. Promised phone calls back and have yet
to receive one. Asked for the phone # to the installation company to call
directly & we were given a number in Canada. We're located in Pennsylvania.

Personally, I wouldn't give Viasat my business if I were being treated like that. Viasat is a good company and I am very happy with my service, but unfortunately they rely on contractors to do the installs. My installer was perfect and came out the very next day.

If you can't get an installer to honor an appointment, can you really trust him to do the install right? A poor installation can cause you to have really bad service and slow speeds. I can't believe I am saying this, but in your situation I would run the other way.
