We have one phone connected to the adapter and modem in the living room but would also like to have a phone in the bedroom which does have a phone jack. How can this be accomplished?

The best way is to buy a cordless phone system with multiple phone sets. Just plug the master unit into the Exede adapter, and then you can put the other slave units anywhere in the house.

You have to disconnect the outside incoming line from the house. Then you can connect the adapter to a wall jack. Then all jacks should work from the adapter.... I use Magic Jack. Had to do this myself.... ^_^

Sorry, I misread your post Mark, I thought you said your bedroom did NOT have a phone jack. Since you do have the phone jack, radbus is correct, just disconnect where your landline entered your house, and then connect the Exede adapter directly to an existing phone jack in your haousse, then all the jacks in your house will be active.
