I mistakenly lent out my pa to neighbor but now my speed is very slow. I want to change pw anyways because I never remember it. So how do I change my WiFi pw?

Rose,

Assuming you're using the Exede WiFi Modem see:

Other routers use a similar technique but would need to know the brand/model.

Hi Rose,  Please follow the instructions in the link Old Labs supplied if you use our modem.  If not, contact your router manufacturer on how to change your password. If you'd like, please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com wit your account and contact information.  We can provide you links to many router manufacturers.

I had no luck on wifi devices. But if you plug ethernet cord into laptop from modem/router you type 192.168.100.1 on your browser and itll take you to modem page. From there you TAP on wifi or router settings and it will ask you for username and password. It will do the same thing as before with the password looking like its extra long after you hit sign in but will actually take you to the settings. Wifi connection seems to stop you from logging in all the way. Even with computer wifi wont work. Only hard line.
