How do I change my plan?

I would like to change my plan, but when I go to the change my plan page there are no options anymore just my current plan. How can I change my plan online.

I'm in the same boat. I only have Liberty plans available and no options to order a Wi-Fi modem.

Wi-Fi modems are required for the new plans. These are currently on backorder.

I'm not a Viasat employee but my educated guess is a freeze is being placed on upgrading plans for two reasons.

1. Equipment is on backorder
2. Viasat is freezing upgrades to unlimited until Viasat 2 goes live.

Thats just my guess. Modems being on backorder is probably the main reason.

Same here, I'd guess that no more changing plans since it's too close to Viasat 2 going live and, people will want to change then. Remember it's 30 days after that you can't change plans so, I'm thinking maybe we are in the last 30 days before VS2 is live.

I only see plans with use the old non-wireless modem. A few weeks ago I had a multitude of larger plans available

I show the same plans that have been available for a while now. I doubt the 30 day thing will apply to ViaSat 2 plans. Even if it does, prepare for backorder of dishes and modems to be the norm for a while. Hope everyone switches to the new bird. My silver unlimited will hum along just fine then. Might even see that 25 Mbps I hear so much about.
