How do I cancel my automatic payment option?

Please cancel my automatic payment plan. I will be cancelling the Exede service at the end of my current billing period.

Already disconnected and still getting notice of automatic payment.

This is something that you would need to call into our Customer Care line for to take care of. Please give us a call at 866.945.3258. We do require our customers to have a payment method on file but feel free to speak to one of our agents and let us see what we can do for you. Thank you
