How come data purchase takes up to 24 hours to be applied to account, while Wild Blue was right away?

We only need extra data at end of our data usage, waiting 24 hours is wasted money and you know this!

If you purchase additional data using the online service in the Dashboard, the data is available immediately. Also, buying it by telephone also adds the data right away. There is no 24 hour delay.

Hi Valerie,
As Steve has mentioned, once you purchase your GB’s you can then use them immediately, if you don’t have those GB’s available as soon as you purchase them then there may be a problem we would need to look at. Please give us a call at 866.945.3258. Thank you
