Your dish could have moved if you had a storm. We can check if you call us at 855-463-9333 or email viasatlistens@viasat.com

I believe we have an alert on the viasat app as well

We have a tool that will let us know if your dish is misaligned (the Viasat App links to it too and can tell you if you have it).

If it's misaligned a few signs could be low speeds, intermittent or no connectivity, etc. Unlike a TV satellite dish where you don't have to be precise to point for a signal this will need to have a very precise point that a technician will need to do.
