My family seems to blow through the priority data in no time. How can I tell when the data is being used? We are not home during the day with school and work and are not streaming movies, so I don't feel we should be going through the data so fast. It is being used for email and web surfing for homework.

You need a wireless router with traffic monitoring. I use an ASUS RT-66U, a reasonably priced router, but there are lots of routers with this capability. ViaSat is in the process of developing a better data reporting meter, which should provide users with more data usage information. However, this is still in development and has been reported to be made available toward the end of the year.

Hi Kim, I would love the opportunity to review your account details and check your usage categories to help you better understand what your data is being consumed for to help you enjoy the activities you love. Please send me an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your account and contact information. Thank you

Howdy Kim, I use this --> https://netbalancer.com/
It allows me to see my useage, but most importantly I can disable all connections with a click.
It can tell you your usage per session or overall, as well as breakdown usage per application.
Hope it helps . PeAcE
