Hi Alex, Have you checked your trash folder? If you have not
deleted the emails in there, you should be able to retrieve the email. Please
send your account and contact information to and will
be happy to assist with looking for lost emails. Thanks

It appears that the trash folder only keeps mail in there for about 10 weeks. I have not been able to find anywhere to change the length of time the trash mail will be kept available. Another not very good feature of the Zimbra mail service.

Hi Alex, Just to clarify your question, here is some great information about the Zimbra trash folder

Recovering deleted items The Trash folder is available for each application in your account. When you open the Trash folder from the application, only items for that application are displayed. But when you select Empty Trash from any application, items from all applications are deleted.

Before you empty the trash folder, you can recover files from the Trash by dragging and dropping them into another folder.

Messages left in the Zimbra Trash may be automatically purged, in which case you cannot recover them. Messages left in your other accounts' Trash folders are not deleted automatically, these messages are retained until you empty the Trash folder.

Once you hit delete from the trash folder ther is no recovery process!
