Didn't it come as a PDF attachment? What email program are you using? Most have a print function, though it usually isn't very pretty. If you tried to print from the Wildblue webmail page, that function seems to not be working, yet.
We have escalated our printing error that we are seeing with the new email client and hope to have a fix shortly. As far as printing your report, if it came as an attachment you should be able to print it once it's been opened. Otherwise, You can try to copy it into a program like word where you can probably print from there since we're seeing printing errors on our end
