Enphase solar tech said the 443 port is not open on our system, so data from our solar devices can't get through.

Hello Wanda, unfortunately you do not have the option to open nor close any ports on your modem. For further assistance in regards to compatibility please feel free to give our customer care line a call at 1-855-463-9333 so they can address these concerns. Thank you.

Just so everyone knows...  Exede does not block any ports, none, nada and I find this quite interesting since this is wireless.   Also, Exede allows incoming TCP/IP connections which is outstanding since all cellphone carriers block all incoming TCP/IP connections.  AT&T will alter a person's plan to allow incoming for a setup fee of $500.00 but Exede just lets us have it.  I give Exede 100+ points each for these features.  We get true Internet....  just not enough of it (sigh).
