Is everything turn off to not play videos auto on Facebook. And phones and computers do not update automatically. And if anyone owns ps4or xbox1 unplug or it will up date and those game systems have to up date every game before playing. If none of those then I do not know.

Add, videos, social media, updates, someone got your wifi password, you let a friend use your connection. You downloaded a game, movie, album, etc..., you listened to streaming music, you have satellite TV and watched On Demand programs.

There are hundreds of things that can use a lot of data in a hurry, but those are the more common ones.

Hello Beverly,

I’m sorry your data went so quickly. If you have not been using Netflix I would suggest that it could possibly be “updates” in order for us to review and verify what could be using your data so fast please send us your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com
