How can I contact the Adminstrator?

I have not been able to assess thefollowing web site for several weeks: I have conted Exede several times; I was in chat twice, but lost phone contact: Noone calledback.

Do you mean this site?   If so, the problem is on your end.  I just went there using Exede and it loads just fine.  Try looking in your host file for problems at

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file

If it's the site Craig just posted a screenshot of that's likely isolated to your connection. After trying the typical clearing of cache and cookies or a different browser we need to do a advanced support troubleshooting that may require an engineer doing a trace. This is especially true if it's the secure site portion (aka when you log in). We can try some things like turning off the web accelerator but really the best shot would be troubleshooting live on the phone.
