How can I check my usage when I keep getting the message that "your session has timed out"?

I have been trying to check my usage over the last few days, and can not, because I keep getting the message that "Sorry. Your session has timed out. Please try again." When I try again, even days later, I get the same message, and this is very frustrating, as I want to keep tabs on my data usage. Please help!

Hello Diane, that’s strange to hear you’re still receiving this error days later. There may be some internal settings causing this fault to occur. “You’re Session Has Timed Out" error usually occurs when cookies for your browser are not enabled. 

Please make sure that your internet browser accepts all cookies.

1.go to  Tools>Internet Option>privacy window 
2.move the slider for "internet zone setup "all way down
3.push apply and ok.
