HORRIBLE voice prompt system on customer support phone line!!!!! GET RID OF IT!!!!!!! At least modify it to allow a key-press instead of voice. IT IS THE #1 REASON I WANT TO QUIT EXEDE!!

I have never used the support call system, but if it only accepts voice prompts and not key presses, I agree. I hate voice prompt systems too!

It is voice but, it seems to understand well. Just answer a couple of simple questions, and, some things do want key press once the first couple of questions are done.

However, the initial voice prompt system does need to accept key presses as well for those that have difficulty speaking on the phone. It may do that but, it isn't stated in the voice instructions to answer the initial questions, so, that might be all it needs is a bit of added information.

Yeah unfortunately a lot of IVR technology is like that across the board. We do have a few alternate ways to reach us such as a live chat (my personal go-to as I dislike calling in) if I can't Google an answer. I think there's still some ways to go with voice prompts. Voice to text sabotages me all the time too! But anyway if the voice prompt bothers you try a chat instead at https://www.exede.com/contact-us-exede/
