Slow Speed

I have had the Freedom service for almost 2 weeks now and have yet to be able to use the service. I am getting download speeds of around 1-2. I have ran multiple speed test from speedtest.net. I have called Customer Support multiple times and can't ever get the issue resolved. Support sent a Tech out to my house and he said everything was fine. Customer support would run speed tests on their end and they would even say that something was wrong but nobody can fix it. Finally last night Support told me it was a known issue and wasn't sure when they will get it fixed. So now I'm having to pay for a service that I can't use at all. I am very frustrated with Exede. Has anyone been successful in getting a refund or getting the cancellation fees waived since I have only been on the service for 2 weeks?

No the Modem you gave me has a built in router. I have sent you multiple emails to that address.
