Horrible Service Call

Just received the WORST service call I have ever had in my life with the late night Exede Technical support team which could not understand the difference between my Modem failing and the Router not functioning correctly? They insisted that ALL my Apple products were at fault and I needed to go to Apple to have my problem fixed and the problem was NOT with the Exede Router which of course it is! Think I'll have to switch suppliers after all these years < what a shame!

I spent an hour+ with them a month back about the Viasat modem crashing when receiving VoIP calls only for them to tell me to call Google voice to fix it....
