Horrible service and dishonest

First, I need to tell you how extremely disappointed I am in your service. When I signed up for it last year, I was told that I would have no problem watching Netflix and Amazon Prime Video for at least 40 hours a month. Now, after four days, I have used my data. Then, I called customer service because I saw that you are having a promotion. I could get more data and a higher speed for approximately $70 a month. I was told, it was for new customers only. My question is, why do you not take care your existing customers? Unfortunately, I have signed a two year contract with you, so I am obligated to stay with you for another 10 months. Your customer service was extremely rude, and gave me no options to help me get a better service. When I lived in town and had Xfinity, I paid less money per month and never had any issues at all. The data was unlimited. I feel that your company is dishonest, and does not take care of their customers. I really would like some kind of resolution concerning my plan. If this issue is not taken care of, I will tell everybody that I know, never to go with your company. I see many people every day and my job, and often get asked about these kind of things. To save your reputation, I think that you need to do something. Please let me know what your resolution is.

What area if the country are you In? Some of the beams have real speed issues during primetime. Forget video streaming. My audio streaming is buffering tonight!

The $70 price you mention is only for the first 3 months for new subscribers. After three months, the price goes up to $100.

No. You just do like those people that cancel Directv then get Dish, then two years later back to Directv.

Thats a wonderful idea!  When my two years are up, I'm going to switch to Hughesnet so I can have free installation.  When those two years are up, I will switch back to Viasat so I can get free installation again.  Brilliant!

I never got a three month discount. Liberty 12 has always been the low cost of $50 a month plus equipment lease for me. No complaints from me though.

But now both Viasat and Hughesnet offer special discounts for new customers for a limited time. Hence, that is why we see these posts from time to time with existing customers.
