First, I need to tell you how extremely disappointed I am in your service. When I signed up for it last year, I was told that I would have no problem watching Netflix and Amazon Prime Video for at least 40 hours a month. Now, after four days, I have used my data. Then, I called customer service because I saw that you are having a promotion. I could get more data and a higher speed for approximately $70 a month. I was told, it was for new customers only. My question is, why do you not take care your existing customers? Unfortunately, I have signed a two year contract with you, so I am obligated to stay with you for another 10 months. Your customer service was extremely rude, and gave me no options to help me get a better service. When I lived in town and had Xfinity, I paid less money per month and never had any issues at all. The data was unlimited. I feel that your company is dishonest, and does not take care of their customers. I really would like some kind of resolution concerning my plan. If this issue is not taken care of, I will tell everybody that I know, never to go with your company. I see many people every day and my job, and often get asked about these kind of things. To save your reputation, I think that you need to do something. Please let me know what your resolution is.
