I had internet installed on 8-31-15. I got the internet thru Direct TV. They advised me the wireless router would be included, it was not. They also never told me about the $9.99 additional fee. They never got my permission to set up EFT payments. I was assured 10 gb was more than enough for a family of 4 and then I later find out that a HD movie takes 3 gb of data an hour. I was also told that I had 24 hours to cancel if I was not satisfied with the service. I called to complain about your installer and because he was very rude and did not make sure the equipment worked before he left. I was then advised of all the lies I was told by Direct TV. I called last night at 10 pm to cancel the service after going round with Direct TV for hours. I was told by Richard to call back between 8 am and 8 pm to cancel and that I would not be charged an early termination fee. When I called this morning however I was informed he never put that in the notes and that you are charging me $180 to cancel something I only had for 24 hours. I want the fee waved and not to be put on my credit. It is a breach on contract on your part for all the lies I was told. I need someone to call me back to rectify this situation immediately.
