Unhappy with early termination fees

This company is absolutely HORRIBLE. I would not recommend it to anyone! They forged my e-signature and made me pay the early termination fee anyway. I haven't even had the service for a week, it hasn't worked since it was set up. They apparently condone their employees agreeing to terms for customers. I was NEVER presented a tablet or anything to sign and agree to any terms or conditions. They still made me pay half the early termination fees.

Eventually there will be court proceedings against EXEDE/WILDBLUE/VIASTAT'S BIG WIGS for their horrible customer service and business practices!!!  I have been documenting numerous encounters of my own and from other dissatisfied customers. They are dishonest and robbing people blind.  They remove your comments and there are also the so-called customer just like us..... posting as technicians.  We should be receiving the utmost attention from the COMPANY that is taking our money.
