My two year contract as come to a close,was wondering if you are offering any insensitive to continue with your service,if so what might they be.

Hi Kenneth

Thank you for your continued service with us! Currently we don't have any new or existing customer offers at the moment nor do we have any special pricing or introductory pricing either. On one hand if you've ever lived in a cable or DSL area, you may know the secret of having to be annoying and call every few months to keep a decent deal, so a good thing about us not doing this is everything will stay the same price for you moving forward. Just you'll no longer be held to an agreement, you'll just be month to month.

On the other hand everyone likes a deal. While we do not offer any deals right now, we are about to enter a very exciting time for Viasat/Exede. In June we launched ViaSat 2 which will be a game changer for our service once it settles into its orbital slot early next year (it takes a while unfortunately). Once we can turn the switch on we will DOUBLE our ENTIRE bandwidth. What that means is we can offer a lot of robust plans as we won't be filled to our max on bandwidth which means plans that will be a lot more kind to subscription services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime  and so on (you can binge without worrying about going over the data like it would now), we may see faster speeds but I think the data plans will be a big thing to look forward to in a few months time.
