After years of asking my electric co-op, "Where's our high speed internet?" they are now discussing it! Yeehaw!

In beginning Wildblue days, my Coop knew we rural folks were getting the shaft with overfilled beams, and a small bucket.

When Viasat increased the speeds with Exede...well yes that's nice, but with a 10gig bucket, there's not much to do, especially considering since 2005, web pages have bloated greatly.

If only Viasat's employees and executives could be required to live on a monthly 10gig bucket.  Many rural families had to deal with that pain when their bucket was empty, especially when the kids did it.

And with the claims for what VS-2 was going to do, we rural folks got Viasat's Vaporware in many geo locations...aka No Service.

I would suspect those on VS-2 are doing just fine, just as it was when VS-1 and Exede-5 came online in 2012.  Considering the high cost for VS-2 service, I'm sure the Hampton crowd will be pleased.

@Wyngs, don't hold your breath too long. Not good for your health.
