Possible hacking

my accounts have been hacked.iamusing my brother's laptop.my laptop will only stay on 34 minutes.somebody has hacked my computer and my brother.i cannot log into wld blue because somebody blocked my access.they act like theyare one of us and send emails to others.i recently changed my wildblue p[assword and hackers stillget to my computer.whenwe were living innacogdoches i paid for two years service for the anti hacking and anti virus program which is not out of warranty.if my laptop was moved from nacogdoches to shreveport whe my brother died.lawrence gave me his permission to keep his email as it is theone we use to contact wild blue.i have not beenab;e tp;og n to his email account or my email account.he has an email account at (removed) my two emails are (removed) and (removed) i have a ten dollar credit andi need tomake atleastone more $10 payment buti do not want the same passwiords used.somebodyhas hacked all of my emailaccounts and they have hacked my yahoo and my gmailand my gmx account.itis thesame group of internet rats who is sending files to make sure i do not get any money
my wild bule accounts shpud be hacker proof but theyare not.since am using my brother lawrence rulfs laptop fpr doing my own email i need wildblue to fix the hacking problem so nobodycan attack my email account.so please advise a solution.the phone num,ber for our wild blue accountis (removed)  if youcallme icanset up a payment now topay for the servevice we owe.thenlater i can clear the cobwebs from this laptop.i had paid for two years for the protectionand i still have over a year and iam using lawrence laptop that is identical tomy laptop
i havea defective wifi onmy laptop which does not allow me tostay online but 34 minutes.withlawrence rulfs laptop the screen is blacked out and the laptop is hpooked up to an external monitoraneanexternal key board with a mouse.i have the optionof using a mouse or the keyboard.since my brother had some email issues i am not allowed to signinuusing his password. the one we set for him is not working but since his emailsare hacked iamnot using wild blue email until this issue canbe resolved.

I suggest you both run a virus scan. here is a free one that is pretty good. http://www.bitdefender.com/scanner/online/free.html

You also need antivirus software and don't turn it off, scan regularly. BitDefender, Norton, Avast, all good ones.

Hi Sharon. 

First and most importantly I removed a LOT of personal information. This forum is public, it's not linked to your account in any way whatsoever and all that information posted was out for anyone to see. 

Secondly here's all the things that need to be done:

1. Run an antivirus/malware scan and get rid of anything that would cause future instances of this happening. 
2. Change your passwords (again) especially if it's still sending things. 
3. If you are no longer able to log in you can call us at 855-463-9333 or email us at exedelistens@viasat.com and we'll reset you
