I want my account package that I had instead of the Liberty pass, I had 10 mgb at $49.99 a month. I am not pleased with your service at all. Until I moved to Longview, I never went over on my plan and I am on here even less than before.

If you are on the liberty plan now then that is your only option for plans other then the essential plan that offered 10GB data with free zone from 3-7am but really the liberty plan is a better option

When I switched to exceed the salesperson said I would never go over my usage. Second month having it and I am going over. I had Hughes for 3 years the same usage I have now never went over. I don't watch movies. Cant wait until the 2 years are up and going back to Hughes. This satellite is a joke. I will never recommend this to anyone 2 people have asked me and I told them to go to Hughes I never had a problem with them, I switched because it was cheaper since my husband is unemployed and I am the only one with a income. What a mistake. I was also told it would be faster than Hughes that is not the case. I am forced to up my plan because some days I can work at home. Second month of having this plan and am not impressed at all.
