Trouble with MyExede login

This is what I get now when trying to log into my account to check usage etc at

I called "Customer Care" and eventually talked to a real person.  Seems ViaSat has a problem tonight that 'should' be fixed by 5am in some time zone somewhere.  I buy a LOT of data and needed more now....  Oh well, there goes the corporate profits, my stock is going to tank now.

It works again, but I'd still like to get a freedom plan of some sort       ;o)

Hi Craig,
We will be doing changes to plans when the new satellite is launched in 2016. We
do not know if a Freedom plan will be offered. Hang in there. Thanks for all
your support in the forum.
