Okay, here we go again. I was promised by Exede Kim and Exede Diane that I would not be billed for an account that Exede "accidentally" closed. Today I received notice that I am being billed $344.46 for the account that Exede closed by "accident". I was promised by Exede Diane that all of the problems I have had were taken care of. What is wrong with this organization? Do yourself a favor and run from this company! I am still waiting for refunds promised. All of this because someone "accidentally" closed my account. Seriously!

Yes, I received a message from Exede Kimberly that this issue was being handled. However, Exede took $344.60 out of my bank account last night AFTER you called to tell me this billing issue would be taken care of. So now I am waiting for the return of my original $199.00 which was promised 2 weeks ago AND now $344.60 for an account that Exede closed "accidentally". Please explain to me how that is a resolution to the billing problem that your company has created?
Hello Vickie, I have your refund confirmation pulled up here on your account and do see that it has indeed posted. I would suggest calling your financial institution to inquire about when those funds will be available for personal use. Once the charges have been refunded from ViaSat, it is up to the financial institution when the funds can be released. Kimberly, I have received the $344.60 reimbursement for the charge on the closed account. Thank you very much for processing this. Two additional questions: 1. When will the $199.00 be refunded for the equipment leasing? I would be happy to let this go if the $9.99 per month charge was removed from my monthly bill. 2. UPS has been to our door on two occasions to pick up a package. We have not requested package pick up and are wondering if Exede has instructed them to pick up the equipment that we are using for our current account? We received a box and instructions on how to return equipment for the account that Exede accidentally cancelled, but I thought that this had been taken care of. Thank you. Vickie
