Billing problem

Bill collector calls to say I owe a back bill for May 2017!! Service was cancelled in April when we bought our House! You people DON"T keep track of your business very well!! If this doesn't go away ASAP, and it damages my credit I will get a lawyer and sue! First it was the equipment not returned issue, now this!! And I need it in writing for my records, in case you forget again!!

Michael, this is not a direct way to contact Exede/Viasat. This is a public, peer to peer (subscriber) forum. You will need to call Exede/Viasat at 855-463-9333 for any billing or account related issues.

Also, if you did not return the Tria and Modem you will be billed for those items...make sure this is not the case for you...

Had that problem too!! Took a Champion to get that taken care of!! See my earlier posts

I have hopefully got Exede's  lack of common sense and customer service handled!! Putting my credit in jeopardy because they are to busy trying to get all they can out of their customers, to take me out of the billing computer before it rolled me in to collection! According to my closed account I have a zero balance, I don't owe anything! Please see Ticket ref # 23720445. They can't call and cancel collection, oh no , I have to wait to get a copy of my paid account in the mail, 5 to 7 business days so I can send a copy to collection to clear my good name!! If you delete this post, like you did my other, your not much of a "Customer Service" employee! Thanks for your concern!
