Help with Data usage???

I had 6 days to go till my data refreshes and was at 94% of my 10 GB of data usage so I started turning the modem off except during our early bird free zone, now I noticed it's at 99 %, how can that happen? The modem has been off and it still shows I've used 500 MB's??? Akso, a tecnician told me a site where I can check more detailed usage but lost that site, does anyone know the address so I can see what's going on??? Thanks.

Myexede is where you would go to check all the information associated with your account and data - Pay your bill, change your payment method, view your usage and more on the My.Exede.Net customer portal. The MyExede online portal lets you view your Exede account and keep track of data usage, pay your bill and update or change your account.

Start by logging in at My.Exede.net. If you're new, click "New User," and follow the prompts to create your My Exede account. 

You’ll need your account number, which you can find on your confirmation email. You can also use the MAC address, which is located on the back of your modem.

Once you’re registered, take a minute to look over the MyExede portal. The main dashboard shows your current and remaining data, time left in your monthly billing cycle, and up-to-date billing and account information.
