Hello Janine,

Unless you have the new speedboost modem there's a good chance that your router dropped and will need to be reset to restore wifi access. If that doesn't work you can probably get help by calling us at 855-463-9333 (fastest way to reach us) or you can email us at exedelistens@viasat.com but the number will be a lot quicker today

I just received everything on Friday it was working just fine Friday most of Saturday and then it dropped.
