Help, need to pay bill

I am an exeded customer but lost my wallet so i need to change my payment method with you, and i have no idea how to do that because itsnautomatic payments, but it wont work cause i had to put a hold on the accout and get a new card, so how to pay the bill?

I think you can go to their website and change your payment details there. I did that once when I got a new card.

There are several paths you can take to update your payment method.Go to https://account.viasat.com, download our mobile app (iTunes orĀ Google Play) or call Customer Care at 855-463-9333.

It sounds like you originally set up automatic payments over the phone. You can just call Matt's little number there and ask for the billing department.
