Hello; I received a card in reference to the expiration of the payment method. The card in question does not expire for two more years so please understand my confusion. Over the past week I have tried to reach your over the phone customer service but despite twenty-one attempts over six days, kept getting the message that you were receiving an unusually high call volume. Really?! Seems like ordinary understaffing from my end. Any way, what is the problem with the payment method? Mark Stockslager

Mark, this could well be a spam problem, but since you have had problems reaching Exede by phone, I would suggest that you send an email to the moderators at exedelistens@viasat.com. Include your account number and a phone number you can be reached at and they will check into this for you.
