Hello
ViaSat is currently only in the USA. There are expansion plans with ViaSat 3 to look at going outside of the USA but that won't be until 2020 at the earliest and I don't believe Algeria is part of that expansion unfortunately.

Here are links to other web pages regarding internet service in Algeria:
http://ts2.space/en/satellite-internet-form/ALGERIA
http://www.satproviders.com/en/list-of-all-services/ALGERIA
http://www.allisps.com/en/offers/ALGERIA
From what I can see of GlobalTT's web page, it looks like they are the equivalent for Algeria of what ViaSat is for the United States. In other words, ViaSat provides satellite internet service for the United States; GlobalTT provides satellite internet service for Algeria. One of GlobalTT's marketing terms is "VSAT," which also happens to be the stock ticker symbol for ViaSat. Possibly, that is why you thought that ViaSat provided internet service for Algeria, whereas what you really wanted was the VSAT service provided by GlobalTT?
