there is a billing problem with my account on your end. I have paid the invoice with our mastercard and have a conformation from mastercard showing this. what is the next step with this problem. I have written yesterday to you on this matter and have received a response but not one that meets my satisfaction. I have paid and can show this with our mastercard statement. account number is [REMOVED]
