I have now called the support number, started an online chat, and sent an email. I had received the new modem and got it set up and the internet working, but when I go to activate the exede voice, it says "invalid account". I used the new account number starting with a 4. The person on the phone couldn't figure it out and said that they'd reach out to me when it was figured out. The problem is, it's been quite a while since that phone call and I work from home and really need the phone working as soon as possible. Help would be really appreciated, and thank you so much!
