I am posting this issue because i am having trouble with exede classic 10gb plan, everything was working smooth. 17.65Mbps download -2.98 Mbps upload, and suddenly, the speed has been inconsistent for the past 3 weeks, i logged in to the modem dashboard and i found this, Proxy disconnected on client side, it take like 5 minutes to connect, the same download speed but no upload (well, 0.08Mbps), does anybody having this same issue???

I'm having the same issues for the past few weeks I have no consistent internet but they are deducting 3GBs a day from me.

I agree, bad tria, I'd guess that it says "Brownout mode - Yes" on the tria page as well.

There isn't a lot you can do to troubleshoot your service except look for trees blocking the line of sight for the dish and power cycling the modem, rebooting your computer and router ()if you have one)
Beyond that requires a trained technician with tools only available to them to test and isolate problems.

With Exede if you want it fixed they have to do it. If you mess things up more they just charge you for more equipment since you can short out the modem And the more parts you mess up the more it's going to cost you. Make a call and they can tell on their end if it's the tria or modem or might be able to reset something without a visit it don't cost to call
