having a problem with billing!

Double billed... not happy with customer service on this issue, CSR's seem to be doing all they can to resolve problem. Looks like it is a corporate issue on holding money defrauded from customers. Looks like the only way to stop this is to get some sort of class action suit started or for a state's Attorney General to file suit on behalf of defrauded customers.

This might have been due to a double submitted one-time payment or making a payment after an automatic payment was performed. We can investigate this for you if you email exedelistens@viasat.com and we can also look into any refund status that may exist as well. We say 7-14 days as we process the refunds in the order we get them, usually it doesn't take that long but keep in mind that 3-5 business days are the minimum as the funds have to release from our financial institution and accepted from your bank before it appears.
