I actually put a line in my radio ads that basically says "are you tired of misleading mailers and promises made from someone at the other end of a 1-800 #? Then call Clear Choice Satellite were you'll get the facts." Works well.

It's great to see honest dealers, The one that services me is like that too, rather loose a sale that gloss over the not so great bits. Wish all of them were like you.

Satellite internet isn't so bad if you know what to expect and, what you will need to learn to make the most of it. Then realize that after a few years, good data management becomes habit and, it's a snap, and you actually kind of like your Viasat service. :)

You are correct. The problem is unrealistic expectations which are not helped when things are said or promised at the point of sale.

If you know and understand the limitations of satellite internet, you can make it work.

This is going to be localized by your zipcode and where your browser thinks you are. If someone in New York City or San Diego for example were to log in, the ad would be different. With that said I do agree that sometimes ads like this can cause confusion. I can send this to our marketing team. It could be a local dealer putting out an ad for all we know.
