Have to reset modem several times per week to use wifi. PC works fine with direct Ethernet connect. Have Freedom 150 Boost 25 + wifi. Telephone support checked my modem online and said all is well.. however there was a problem with "Freedom" customers that was affecting wifi. No time as to when it would be fixed. Unsatisfactory response as my home video surveillance is affected.. basically unusable.

Alan, I understand the problem and, how distressing loosing your video surveillance must be however, the problem is being worked on and, until they can isolate the affected areas and, fix tem we just have to wait. It is being fixed as the get a beam with the issue isolated and, apply the fix.

My own wifi was being intermittent on the SB2+ (Boost 25) modem yesterday. I'm hard wired so, haven't checked it today but, I suspect that issues is affecting more than just Freedom customers on some beams at least. All we can do is be patient and let the technicians working on it get it fixed for us, or notify uis if it turns out we need to do something. They will let us know if that is the case.

My boost 25 in Luray Va isn't working enough to keep my cell service running over tmobile wi fi on my iphone 7!! To say the service sucks is an understatement, it's more like grand larceny, stealing $130 from me every month and not providing me with the service!! I have dial up speeds regularly, well look at the pictures it's just crap on a regular basis ; who gets .04 or .55mbps??!!

Pete do you see speeds that slow at all times? If your speeds remain that slow when you have data remaining for the month and it is not peak usage hours (2PM to 5AM) there may be another issue causing those slow speeds. You should either call 855-463-9333 during off peak hours or, email your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com and ask them to look into your slow speeds.

It may be an equipment issue that can be fixed.
