I’m not a cat or Kat person.

That said, ViaSat outsources a customer call service. It’s definitely a “get what you pay for” situation. I’ve never been impressed.

I will throw in the caveat that people most often respond with like behavior to how they are treated. Take that for what it’s worth.

Daniel, to be honest, I've hit a few bad ones over the years. I can't recall a Kat specifically though. The best thing to do is email Viasatlistens@viasat.com. Include your account information, contact information and, as much detail as you recall about the call or chat. date and approximate time, why you contacted Viasat and, what was said or done that you found unpleasant.

That email will go to corporate, not the call center and, they will look into it and, if you're having any issues, they will work with you to get it corrected.

I do not recall having a good customer service experience with them since slightly before the liberty plans were released.

Definitely email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com. We can pull the call and investigate as well as help you further if needed
