I just wanted to let Exede/Viasat know that even though it has been a rocky road, you've done well.

Great things are now that I can access my VPN, server through GUI client, small (not large) downloads, and Chrome extension downloads while DAPed. Before, it would just sit there, some SSL sites wouldn't even connect. Also, never get rid of the LNFZ for the old customers, please. I am still on the classic 10, since I use internet mostly at night, and I average about 25 GBs a night of file downloads.

So, GREAT job.

I was thinking "Liberty.. hm.. 1-5 uncapped.. Mbps.. " Thinking what a deal! Till I realized how slow that is.  I was talked in , probably correctly, by the ViaSat tech support in to keeping what we have so we can keep the LNFZ, since I used 100+ GBs during the LNFZ every month.

Suddenlink and AT&T DSL wouldn't allow those kinds of usage even here lol.

Technically, I can get more done during the LNFZ (That they are trying to take away) than those services a month.

ViaSat / Exede is a young company as compared to the likes of Ford, GM, Motorola and such.  They are learning about people and customers and what they like and want.  I am patient so I'm giving them time to get their business model perfected.  They are sincere in all that they do and know pleasing customers is key to becoming and staying successful.  Their growth has been amazing and the ViaSat-2 satellite coming next year is not the end of the line for expansion.  I believe Exede will become a full competitor for customers against the likes of AT&T and Comcast in rural areas where people might one day have a choice of who they will get their Internet from.  I don't see Hughes as competition now or in the future.  ViaSat has gone beyond the point of no return for anybody to attempt to play "catch-up."
