I know I've been a major critic of Exede for the past month. It's been a trying period. But they were able to identify the issue with my internet, and I'm getting top speed with solid connection again.

I'd like to personally thank the Exede reps here on the community & the tech team for being patient with my frustrated rants. The professionalism they present even when dealing with irate customers (GUILTY) speaks highly of Exede's staff. 

While I still have my complaints with Exede itself as a company, the staff here on the community & the technicians I've dealt with the past couple days were awesome. Thanks for trouble shooting & isolating the issue guys. (❂‿❂)
