Got viasat to use wifi yet it never worked yet they wouldnt fix it yet still charging ne 2 months later yet ive never used it.

Worst customer service ever. Got viasat for wifi yet never got to use. They wouldnt fix it and yet here it is 2 month's later still havent got to use they are trying to charge me again. Pathetic

I'm not surprised this is typical once they have you in 24 month contract....they simply don't care this is why I'm no longer a viasat customer

What do you mean by "never worked"?  Do you mean you can't connect to the internet at all?

Yes never worked nor will work. The lady i called said they had probably given me a used router/modem that was locked to someone else passwords and for another 100$ they could send someone back out. They are crazy

Did the installer not check everything before he left? They run some diagnostic tests after an installation to make sure everything is working properly.

Bradley Please email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com there shouldn't be a charge within 90 days to return a service call. On the flip-side the bills just generate the only way we'll know if it wasn't working is if you tell us and from there we'll need to fix it and we can credit at that point.

Im not emailing anyone. You record calls for training and other purposes which would show how many times ive called and what u told me . never have u sent a tech out nor has anyone called me back nothing. The woman said u cheap mf give me a used modem router that must be password locked and i needed a mew one which i should have got to begin with but id have to pay the 100 dollar service fee that i maybe able to get back if its not my fault that its not working. Screw viasat . i dont want or need your service. I had better and faster service in the 90's on aol using dial up. Yall should warn people about the shitty customer service and the slowest slug speeds of the internet that u all got. I wouldnt take your service again if it was free!

This isn't direct customer support. The moderators here handle that specified email address and you need too supply them with your acount and contact info. They work at the corporate level and once you provide them with the info they can look into it for you if you're really looking for help. If not good luck.
