Worst customer service ever. Got viasat for wifi yet never got to use. They wouldnt fix it and yet here it is 2 month's later still havent got to use they are trying to charge me again. Pathetic
Bradley Please email us at email@example.com there shouldn't be a charge within 90 days to return a service call. On the flip-side the bills just generate the only way we'll know if it wasn't working is if you tell us and from there we'll need to fix it and we can credit at that point.
Im not emailing anyone. You record calls for training and other purposes which would show how many times ive called and what u told me . never have u sent a tech out nor has anyone called me back nothing. The woman said u cheap mf give me a used modem router that must be password locked and i needed a mew one which i should have got to begin with but id have to pay the 100 dollar service fee that i maybe able to get back if its not my fault that its not working. Screw viasat . i dont want or need your service. I had better and faster service in the 90's on aol using dial up. Yall should warn people about the shitty customer service and the slowest slug speeds of the internet that u all got. I wouldnt take your service again if it was free!
