Can't access Google Play

I can not access my google play account. I have contacted Google directly and they sent me a link to try and get it fixed. They told me my account was disabled and I needed to follow this link to restore my information but since my account is disabled it wont work and the link advised me to contact my administrator and/or IT Dept. I have not been able to access this account for over a month and I have a lot of things in my google play account. I understand that it cant be accessed on my computer but this is through my phone. I am a customer of Exede and have a WIFI package.

All access to anything Google with your wildblue or Exede email ended once your account was moved to zimbra. Only thing you can do is see if Google can link all your old stuff to a new gmail account

Like Knight Rider said, this is likely due to your old wildblue or exede email being linked to your Google Play account. You'll need to create a new one and see if Google can link your old settings to the new account.
