Why is it that for the past year or so we have had no help with our speed problem. Phone calls out the ying-yang and received so-o-o-o many excuses. I will NEVER refer this sorry Internet service to any of my family and friends. Unhappy ain't the word for it.

dont mean to be hijacking this thread but I called you(diana) over a month ago and you said you would call me back the following day in regards to slow speeds........still havent heard back from you and speeds have been slow besides a few days since I called you.
