Problem with service call

For nearly two months, I have had low speeds/slow speeds even though I upgraded to a 150 plan. When I called, it was confirmed that my satellite is way off and needed adjustment. A service call (for which I had to take time off work) was made. (I was told that service calls to my area could only be done on Saturdays!) I had to endure on and off service for the entire week, but was hopeful that could be fixed by Saturday. Saturday came... No technician. Finally I received a call (shortly before my Exede VOIP phone went out) cancelling the appointment. I was upset, but rescheduled for the following Saturday. GUESS WHAT?? That tech cancelled as well. I was furious, so I called dispatch and was given a laundry list of lame excuses .” Not enough techs in your area.” “Techs too far away???!” Techs overbook, etc etc etc. I can’t believe this. Do you honestly think I would spend lots of my hard-earned money for your “slow- as- a- Sumo- wrestler walking- in- quicksand” service if I didn’t live in the middle of nowhere with few options? I am a patient person, but your company has me pulling chunks of my hair out in frustration. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this. I have already lost my job and hundreds of dollars screwing around with you guys. What kind of company are you running?
