Hello everyone. I am getting to terminate my contract. I finally got Fiber Internet ran to my home. I had just renewed on 10/24. If I go ahead and terminate, will they prorate the bill with remainder going to my early termination fee? When I call in, when will service be terminated, and how long will it take to receive the boxes necessary to return equipment? Could I return equipment to the dealer that installed my system?
I have truly enjoyed my time with Exede, and I have recommended to several friends that have become customers. I will continue to recommend your service to friends that are in need of a high quality ISP. I have had consistently good service 99% of the time. The only time I had issues was during major thunderstorms, something no one could help correct.
