We're getting ready to shift all email accounts onto a new platform. Here's what you need to know:

Migration will happen automatically, and you'll receive an email in your inbox letting you know when it happened. You'll also notice a different look to the email platform when you log in via browser. Read more about the changes.

If you use the Google Apps services through your email account, you'll need to save any Google Apps documents and data you don't want to lose. This task is made relatively simple with the Google Takeout service, but you need to do it before migration, or that information will be lost.

If you use a web client like Outlook or Apple Mail, you'll need to change some settings. You can learn about that here. The same is true for email on your iPhone or Android phone.

If you'd like to avoid having tons of old email flowing into your email accounts, you can change a setting that allows only new email to come in. Scroll to the bottom of this article to see how.

We've been having some glitches with getting secondary email accounts to migrate. If that's the case for you, you'll need to call 855-463-9333 to get those accounts taken care of.
